Je krijg een slechte service en behandeling bij Bike point, ook moet je betalen voor de eerste servicebeurt, kom je later terug voor vragen over de kwaliteit dan wordt echt afgescheept met leugens door de eigenaar.
Advies, ga hier a.u.b. niet naar binnen!

I will never purchase here again.
I've been a happy customer at Bikepoint for over 5 years, I've bought two bikes here and some other small stuff. Over the years spending over 2000 euro's, I have always been satisfied until recently. I wanted to purchase a bicicle for my 3 year old son as he was asking every day for one. So weeks before his birthday I ordered one. (Cut due to limit on words) After 3 months after ordering the bike, coming back from holiday, the birthday of my son already passing long ago I decided to give them a final call. I asked about the bike and said I was fed up with their service and their promises. They told me they were sorry, that it was not their fault and that they had other customers to help. I said I was going to purchase the bike somewhere else and they were OK with that. On the same day I pruchased the bike online at fietsgigant.nl, one week after I could get the bike. Everything went smoothly and there were no problems. I have never written a review online, the reason I take time to do it now is my dissapointment with Bikepoint and its owner. Blaming others, lying and offering no service at all to a long time customer. I will never purchase here again.
